1. Purpose

ELEKproTEK provides employees with tools, equipment, and technology resources necessary for their roles. This policy outlines the proper use, maintenance, and responsibilities regarding company-issued equipment and technology.

2. General Equipment Usage

  • Company equipment, including tools, vehicles, computers, and mobile devices, is for **work-related use only**.
  • Employees are responsible for **maintaining and securing** company-issued equipment.
  • Any damage, loss, or malfunction must be **reported immediately** to management.
  • Unauthorized personal use of company equipment is **strictly prohibited**.

3. Company Vehicle Use Policy
