Work Hours & Scheduling
ELEKproTEK operates on a flexible 40-hour workweek. Employees must follow:
- Assigned standard shifts.
- Rotating weekend and on-call schedules (Apprentices work every weekend).
- Flexible scheduling as approved by management.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Determined by role and experience.
- Performance Bonuses: Based on job completion, customer satisfaction, and safety adherence.
- Expense Reimbursement: Approved business-related expenses are reimbursed.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holidays: Determined by tenure and policy.
Safety & Compliance
Safety is our top priority. Employees must:
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Report incidents and hazardous conditions immediately.
- Follow electrical hazard safety training.
- Adhere to the company's drug and alcohol-free workplace policy.
Driving Policy
- Employees must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to traffic laws.
- Vehicles must be used strictly for work-related purposes.
- Company vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking.
- Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- No unauthorized passengers allowed in company vehicles.
Performance & Disciplinary Actions
Performance is reviewed annually to determine raises and promotions. Employees are expected to:
- Meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Adhere to company policies and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with management and customers.
Violations may lead to disciplinary actions, including termination.
