Sound familiar?

Imagine the Plan and the Wiring Written by the Same Team

You are searching for electrical engineering services, so the calculations, the drawings and the field work shape your whole project.

The drawings come from one firm and the installation from another, and the details drift apart.

Load calculations wait while a schedule keeps moving.

Changes made in the field stay in the field, and the diagrams fall behind.

Picture an engineer and Master Electrician who plan it, wire it, test it and update the records.

How we work

Five Steps From First Call to Finished Work and Ongoing Support

Choose on site or virtual, whichever suits your schedule, and every step is spelled out on this page.

  1. 01
    Share the project

Call 888-586-5554 or send the short form, and add photos, scope and details for your engineering project.

  2. 02
    Choose your appointment

Choose your appointment on the booking page: a free virtual quote, an on site inspection, emergency service or a permit request, and every appointment deposit, emergency service included, credits toward your total.

  3. 03
    Review your quote

Receive your written report and quote, share your feedback, and schedule a walkthrough whenever you want one.

    See an example report →

  4. 04
    Deliver the quoted scope

Feel the quoted service come to a close: we deliver the work, commission it, document it and hand you the written summary.

  5. 05
    Pick your agreement

Choose your agreement to stay supported: a 30 day offer, a 90 day offer or an annual offer, or ask us to shape the terms around your goals.

We receive requests 24/7 and schedule by appointment, often within 24 hours when available, and a Master Electrician reviews every request within one business day.

From one study to a standing partner

First Your Quote Is Resolved, Then Choose the Agreement That Fits Your Project

Imagine the work we quoted finished, tested and written down, and then your projects on a plan built around your goals, with one team that already knows your site.

Single Scope

Follow the quoted work with a focused scope and feel how we work.

Phased Plan

Follow the quoted work with a full quarter of planned service and room to see results.

Standing Partner

Follow the quoted work with recurring service and planning from one exclusive team.

Your appointment deposit credits toward your total, so your first step already counts toward the work we quoted. The service we quoted is resolved first, every term can be customized, and recurring accounts can use Net 10 and Net 30 terms.

Proof, not promises

Picture Switchgear Replaced Inside the Window

Read the South Carolina project story below and picture your own project beside it.

Switchgear · South Carolina technical college · Prime contractor on a state project

ELEKproTEK served as prime contractor on a South Carolina technical college project that replaced switchgear and a transformer inside a planned outage window.

Challenge
Aging main and lighting distribution panels and a 500 kVA transformer had to come out within a planned outage window.
What we did
Replaced them with new switchgear and a 300 kVA transformer, coordinating rigging and the outage plan.
Result
New switchgear and transformer in service, with NETA acceptance testing at the finish.

Questions

Imagine Every Question Answered Before You Call

Each answer below comes from how ELEKproTEK works today.

What do electrical engineering services include?

Typical work includes one line diagram review, load calculations, panel and feeder sizing, standby power and EV charging load planning, controls and instrumentation engineering, and commissioning with test documentation.

What is the difference between an electrical engineer and an electrician?

An engineer plans and calculates how a system should work. An electrician builds, wires and tests it.

At ELEKproTEK the lead is both an electrical engineer and a Master Electrician, so the plan and the field work stay connected.

Do you design and install the work?

Yes. The people who plan the work also install, test and document it, which keeps changes in the field matched to the drawings.

Can you review my existing drawings?

Yes. Send your one line diagrams or panel schedules with the request form, and we review them as part of your quote.

Can you help size a generator or EV chargers?

Yes. We calculate the loads, then recommend generator size or charger count and load management.

Do you provide controls and instrumentation engineering?

Yes. Controls, PLC, SCADA and instrumentation engineering sit beside the electrical scope, from the same team.

Do you provide stamped drawings?

Share the drawing requirements with your request, and we confirm what we can provide for your project.

How fast can you start, and do you offer emergency service?

Service requests are received around the clock, 7 days a week, by phone at 888-586-5554 and through the form. Service is by appointment.

New requests are scheduled within 24 hours of first contact when we have availability, weekends included, and the booking page shows open times and an emergency option. Clients already in our system have even easier access to 24/7 coverage.

Does my appointment deposit count toward the project?

Yes. Every appointment deposit credits toward your project total, emergency service included.

Your project total is at least the amount of the appointment you booked, and the free virtual quote is a free way to start.

What happens after I send the form?

You choose your appointment: a free virtual quote, an on-site inspection, emergency service or a permit request. Then you receive a written report and quote, and we complete the service you approved first.

After that, you can choose a 30-day, 90-day or annual agreement to stay supported. Every step is spelled out, so you always know what comes next.

Can you support a project outside your hubs?

Our hubs are Atlanta, Charleston, Charlotte and Richmond. Send the form with your project location and scope, and we confirm what is possible.
