Questions

Imagine Every Question Answered Before You Call

Each answer below comes from how ELEKproTEK works today.

Do you work for automation integrators and OEMs?

Yes. We provide licensed electrical installation crews and commissioning support to work alongside your engineering team.

Can you handle safety circuits?

Yes. We wire, check and document safety circuits as part of the installation scope.

Do you also program controls?

Yes. Our team also works with PLC, HMI and SCADA platforms, so scope can include controls when you need it.

Can you support shutdown or tight install windows?

Yes. Share the window and the scope with the form, and we plan crews around it.

What happens after I send the form?

You choose your appointment: a free virtual quote, an on-site inspection, emergency service or a permit request. Then you receive a written report and quote, plus 30-day, 90-day and annual agreement options. Every step is spelled out, so you always know what comes next.

Do you install conveyor and sortation controls?

Yes. We install and terminate motor control, VFDs, photo eyes, sensors and control wiring for conveyors, sorters and diverters, then test every device with your integrator or your team. Retrofits on existing lines are part of the work too.

Can you support AGVs, AMRs and automated storage systems?

We handle the electrical side: power, controls wiring, terminations, labeling and field commissioning support, working to the vendor's or integrator's drawings. That covers automated guided vehicles, mobile robots, ASRS and vertical lift modules.

Do you install motor control centers and VFDs?

Yes. We install and wire motor control centers, motor control panels and variable frequency drives, and we check out the motors and rotation as part of the job.

Can you repair or retrofit an older automated line?

Yes. We troubleshoot the electrical and controls side of automated machinery and recommend whether a repair or a retrofit makes more sense. Larger changes happen under a separately approved work order.

Do you do the building electrical work along with the automation?

Yes. Industrial building and warehouse electrical work and the automation electrical work can come from one team, which keeps the schedule and the drawings in one place.

Can you support a project outside your hubs?

Our hubs are Atlanta, Charleston, Charlotte and Richmond. Send the form with your project location and scope, and we confirm what is possible.
